Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program management or talent development experience, especially for technical or vocational pathways.
• Proven ability to design structured learning journeys, rotations, or skill-building frameworks for technical audiences.
• Strong project management capabilities with cross-functional initiatives and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and scale technical trade and early-career development programs.
• Partner with leaders to build events aligned with technical needs across sites.
• Travel up to 50% to events and brand-building efforts for emerging technical trades talent.
• Lead end-to-end program lifecycle from onboarding to placement and graduation.
