Job summary

Deloitte Tax LLP’s Tax Transformation Office is seeking a Senior Consultant for Technology Third Party Risk Management. You will manage end-to-end TPRM reviews, coordinate due diligence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in transformation or vendor management, strong risk and SOC 2 familiarity, and willingness to travel. Hybrid work model with in-person days is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in transformation, consulting, strategic program delivery, or vendor/third-party management.
• Hands-on experience managing the TPRM or equivalent vendor risk lifecycle end-to-end - including due diligence, risk assessment, and stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks - TPRM, SOC 2, or similar.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on client work.
• Hybrid work model experience with in-person co-location 2–3 days per week.
• Active accreditations such as CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, CBAP, CRISC, PMP, etc.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end TPRM reviews, coordinating intake and due diligence for new and renewing vendors.
• Maintain vendor risk register and dashboards with timely updates on reviews, escalations, and remediation actions.
• Act as primary TPRM process contact, guiding business sponsors, vendor managers, and stakeholders throughout the review lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Independence, Risk, Legal, Vendor Cyber, Confidentiality & Privacy, and Procurement to ensure compliance alignment.
• Identify process improvements within the TPRM lifecycle to drive efficiency and better documentation.
• Support broader TTO Strategic Technology Services initiatives and vendor portfolio governance.
