Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Texas seeks a dynamic recruiting professional to drive full-cycle engineering and technology recruiting. You will partner with clients to understand hiring objectives, source top candidates, and guide them through interviewing and the offer process.

You will manage consultants on assignment, coordinate assessments, and contribute to building a collaborative, results-driven team in a flexible office environment with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle Engineering and Technology recruiting experience.
• Experience with client-facing and in-person sales.
• Fast-paced, competitive environment with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new candidates via events, referrals, job boards, social media, and career fairs.
• Collaborate with sales to understand client hiring objectives and requirements.
• Qualify and match candidates to requisitions and provide information for hiring decisions.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting process, coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
• Facilitate offers, including salary negotiations and terms of employment.
• Manage consultants on assignment and redeploy as assignments end.
