Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Austin to drive new business, nurture client relationships and deliver elite talent across AI, Data, Security, and Networking.

You will work within a high performing team, supported by a dedicated L&D program, transparent progression, and regular coaching. Expect uncapped commissions, elite incentives, and a flexible path toward senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in either a 180 Client Services role or a full 360 recruitment role.
• Drive and ambition with a focus on progression and earnings.
• Resilience to targets and bouncing back from setbacks.
• Team player who contributes to a supportive environment.
• Proactive and takes ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Source and chase leads to win new business within your technical niche.
• Network with clients to maximize ROI of key accounts.
• Build relationships and increase client commitment through meetings and entertainment.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure excellent service to clients and candidates.
• Leverage headhunting techniques to find top talent.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process with relationship-building skills.
• Proactively troubleshoot barriers to placement and keep processes moving.
• Prepare candidates for interviews to ensure a best-in-class experience.
