Job summary

MSG Entertainment is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to lead high-volume venue hiring and manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly and salaried roles. You will plan events, source talent, and guide managers through interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

You’ll coordinate recruitment activities, use ATS tools, and analyze data to spot trends and improve processes, while partnering with People Practices to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, including high-volume roles.
• Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to guide hiring managers through interviews and selections.
• Experience with recruitment coordination and ATS processes.
• Comfort using data to identify trends and insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment for high-volume venue hiring.
• Plan and execute hiring events, including outreach and logistics.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent.
• Conduct candidate screens and interviews for fit and expectations.
• Guide hiring managers through interview and selection processes.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, applicant tracking, and records.
• Respond to candidate questions and maintain a positive experience.
• Oversee pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination.
• Lead offer negotiations with managers and People Practices.
• Maintain recruitment reporting and identify hiring trends.
• Engage with sourcing tools and outreach campaigns.
