KeHE Distributors in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for IT, Shared Services, HRIS and Centers of Excellence teams. This role partners with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, and enterprise platform teams to build strong, diverse pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years full-cycle technical recruiting in-house.
• Experience recruiting Data Engineering with AWS, Python, SQL, PySpark.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineering (Angular, .NET, C#).
• Experience with Cybersecurity and IT Analyst roles.
• Experience recruiting COE/platform roles (ServiceNow, Dayforce, Workday, Mantage/Affiliates).
• Experience in retail/logistics tech environments.
• AIRS/LinkedIn or sourcing certifications.
• Experience in matrixed organizations supporting multiple COEs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for IT, Shared Services, HRIS and COE teams.
• Partner with managers to build role scorecards and sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical depth and fit before interviews.
• Manage high-volume requisitions across concurrent searches.
• Build pipelines for data engineers, cybersecurity analysts and ServiceNow developers.
• Provide compensation market insights to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track pipeline metrics and diversity of slate; maintain ATS data and OFCCP compliance.
