Job summary

LPL Financial LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Technical Support Representative to deliver world-class technical support and training for authorized LPL software products and services to Advisors and staff.

This role supports Service Center and off-site Advisors, performs Tier I incident handling, documentation in Siebel, escalation when needed, and participates in training and special projects to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline required.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Problem solving and customer service skills necessary.
• Knowledge of PC based computer hardware and software; Siebel experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, oral and written communication, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I technical support for designated proprietary LPL software products.
• Communicate by phone and email and document incidents in Siebel.
• Escalate incidents to management when needed.
• Participate in training sessions and collaborate on special projects.
