Qualifications

• NICE TO HAVES: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification — not required but would be nice to have.
• Financial services education or experience

Responsibilities

• Training program with extensive product, client, and system training.
• Hands-on coaching and on-the-job practice time.
• On graduation, serve as first point of contact for Advisors and Investors, handling 25-30 inbound contacts daily.
