Dell Technologies in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to support PowerEdge XE servers. You will resolve complex issues, collaborate with engineering and service teams, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong Dell PowerEdge server knowledge, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), excellent troubleshooting, and 3–5+ years in technical support.

Qualifikationen

Strong knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers.
Fundamental knowledge of PowerEdge XE servers.
Comfortable working in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu).
In-depth troubleshooting knowledge.
Understanding of Dell and vendor diagnostics utilities.
Customer-facing experience in a high-pressure environment.
3–5+ years of technical support experience.

Aufgaben

Take ownership of technically sophisticated customer-reported issues from web, phone, chat and email until complete resolution.
Document information and communicate progress to customers in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Engineering, SE and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Provide information to Engineering to improve product quality and reliability.
Maintain high standards of customer service and quality closures.
