EY is seeking a Government and Infrastructure - Assurance - Technology Risk Senior (TS SCI Clearance Required) to join our McLean, VA team. You’ll advise U.S.

federal agencies on performance improvement, audit readiness, and IT controls, delivering high‑impact results across defense, civilian, health and international programs. You’ll test IT general and application controls, prepare client materials, and lead discussions with client personnel at key levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology or closely related field
• Must have an active Top Secret SCI clearance
• 3+ years of relevant experience in information assurance, information security, risk management, IT and application controls, leading standards (e.g., COSO, ERM, FISCAM, FISMA, NIST)
• Experience with IT technologies (Windows, UNIX, Oracle, Mainframe, SAP) and preparing written or verbal materials for clients
• Participated in relevant audit/control testing engagements (e.g., CFO Act/FISCAM, ICOFR/ICOFS, DOD FIAR, SSAE-18, FISMA reviews)
• Understanding of IT technical security controls (NIST 800 series, STIGS, FIPS) and Federal IT audit methodologies

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality client services on financial statement audits, attestation engagements and IT control projects
• Conduct research, test IT general and application controls, and potentially lead client meetings
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and deepen sector knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to solve issues and gain client agreement
