Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Futureforce AMER team in Seattle. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Product roles, including interns and new graduates, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategy.

Responsibilities include managing complex hiring scenarios, navigating immigration processes, and developing enablement content for candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on early career hiring in tech.
• Experience recruiting across Software Engineering, Security, AI/ML, and related fields.
• Ability to manage visa sponsorship workflows (J-1, OPT CPT, H-1B) with immigration partners.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Product roles in AMER, including interns and new graduates.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategy and pipelines.
• Manage complex multi-stakeholder hiring scenarios and mentor team on policies and workflows.
• Share market insights and create enablement content for candidates and teams.
