Brex in New York is seeking a senior design recruiter to partner with design leadership and hiring managers. You will define team needs, align goals across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding.

You will source world-class design talent through diverse channels, build pipelines for immediate and long-term needs, and champion Brex’s employer brand at design events and within the design community.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning recruiting strategy and talent mapping across a broader org, not just individual searches.
• Demonstrated ability to gain stakeholder buy-in at leadership level.
• Experience handling offers and negotiations up to executive level.
