Job summary

Brex in Seattle is seeking a senior design recruiter to partner with design leadership to define team needs, role requirements, and hiring goals across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership.

You will source, engage, and assess world-class design talent through diverse channels, manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines for immediate and long-term needs, and promote Brex's employer brand at design events and in the design community.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning recruiting strategy and talent mapping across a broader org, not just individual searches.
• Experience handling offer and negotiation processes up to Executive-level candidates, with equity knowledge.
• Ability to raise the hiring bar and mentor other recruiters/sourcers on delivering quality hires.
• Thought partner to senior stakeholders, unblocking ambiguous hiring challenges.
• Experience defining and evolving interview processes at the org level, and training other recruiters.
• Data-driven approach to time-to-fill and recruiting efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership.
• Recruit across senior and executive Design roles and evaluate portfolios and craft.
• Partner with VP and C-level design leaders to set craft standards and hiring bar.
• Own interview processes for executive searches, portfolio reviews, and design exercises.
