Elevate Outdoor Collective is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of digital projects within the DTC ecosystem across a multi-brand portfolio. You will collaborate with the Director, Website Ops, web developers, and ecommerce content managers to ensure on-time delivery and strategic improvements.

You will balance stakeholder requests with technical capabilities, maintain rigorous project documentation, and rely on KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years managing large-scale ecommerce projects.
• Familiarity with web development processes and CMS/ecommerce platforms.
• Experience with PM tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with web developers and DTC content managers to manage priorities and timelines.
• Understand business needs across the DTC team and surface opportunities.
• Become SME on multiple ecommerce systems and identify areas for optimization.
• Manage backlogs, coordinate timelines based on resources and impact.
• Translate requirements into actionable items through scoping, QA, and KPI tracking.
• Track milestones and deadlines and report to stakeholders.
• Perform thorough QA for new features and onsite content.
• Develop audit systems with content managers and keep site information current.
• Report KPIs to measure success and inform data-driven decisions.
