- Lead cross-functional technical programs across Commerce & Transactions platforms with measurable outcomes.
- Define strategy, scope, and delivery plans with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations teams.
- Manage integrated program plans across multiple teams, ensuring milestones and dependencies align.
- Drive governance, risk mitigation, and escalation frameworks to ensure quality and reliability.
