Akamai's Information Technology organization seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end cross-organizational programs from planning to sustainment, reporting benefits to executive Sponsors and Governance Boards.

You will lead program definition, manage health status, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment, while driving continuous PMO improvements in a complex environment.

Competenze

• 8 years of relevant experience in IT program management
• Experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager in an IT organization
• Technical background to evaluate risks and issues
• Experience with Enterprise Applications projects/programs
• Experience managing external implementation providers
• Strong leadership, coaching and presentation skills

Mansioni

• Lead program definition, planning, scope, and execution; monitor health and mitigate issues
• Define integrated program plans with detailed work breakdown structures
• Identify dependencies between programs and scope/lead transformations
• Drive stakeholder alignment and report status to executives and governance forums
• Work independently in ambiguous environments to create clear paths forward
• Adopt best-practice PMO guidelines to drive continuous improvements
