Metasys Technologies/NVISH is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end, large-scale engineering programs onsite in Foster City, CA. You will partner with senior engineering and product leadership and shape program execution across multiple teams and business lines.

The role requires deep technical intuition, strong organizational influence, and a proven track record delivering at scale, with emphasis on managing dependencies, risks, and implementing PM processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Deep expertise managing multi-team software programs across the full SDLC.
• Strong technical foundation for architectural discussions and design trade-offs.
• Executive presence with ability to influence without authority.
• Experience building or improving program management processes and tooling.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and make decisions under pressure.
• Experience using AI tools to inform technical decisions.
• Knowledge of agentic AI models and executing programs with AI chatbots.
• Knowledge of Wireless Technologies (4G/5G/Multi-WAN Load Balancing).
• Knowledge of Networking Technologies (UDP/TCP, NAT Traversal, Network Security like mTLS).
• Experience with Data Pipelines (Kafka, kafkajs), Protobuf, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale, multi-team initiatives with significant business impact.
• Partner with VP/Director-level engineering and product leaders to influence roadmaps and priorities.
• Define and evolve program management frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Drive alignment across complex dependency landscapes with multiple teams and partners.
• Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, and trade-offs at portfolio level.
• Communicate technical complexity clearly to executives, aligning to business impact.
• Contribute to architectural and technical scoping discussions and risk assessment.
