Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner for Supply Chain Replenishment to lead replenishment planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end product availability across stores and distribution centers.

You will bridge business and technology, guide the 12-month roadmap, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Store Operations to drive scalable solutions and improved in-stock performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in product ownership, PM, or technical PM.
• Experience with replenishment products or solutions.
• Strong understanding of retail replenishment, inventory, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and development by conveying the vision and prioritizing work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure release alignment with deadlines.
• Own 12-month+ product roadmap and vendor relationship management.
• Define product scope and ensure correct sequencing of features.
• Support budgeting and resource planning; manage SDLC/PMO adherence.
• Coach junior team members growing into product ownership.
