Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Advanced Tech Product Owner to lead a team of IT product owners, shape strategy, and ensure execution of technology projects. You will work with senior executives and cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.

Based at our Atlanta, GA location with a hybrid schedule, you will guide design sessions, oversee planning and delivery, mentor staff, and drive digital transformation across CX, data, and enterprise landscapes.

Qualifications

7+ years of IT experience.
3+ years in functional/technical experience with Nice CXOne, SFDC, and Generative/Agentic AI.
3+ years leading technical CX solutions (Case Management, Contact Centers, Agent Management)

Responsibilities

Lead solution design sessions and drive architecture decisions.
Evaluate flexibility, implementation speed, quality, scalability and ownership costs.
Familiarize with BA Digital Eco systems and Data landscape to meet objectives.
Monitor technology trends and identify new technologies to advance goals.
Create detailed business process maps and communicate specs clearly to teams.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architect Team to ensure standards compliance.
