• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigations.
• Coordinate resources, including internal teams and external vendors, for success.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
