Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Merchant Cash Advance lifecycle.
• Experience with API integrations and complex data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the decision engine.
• Manage API integrations and optimize data flow.
• Drive complex projects in decisioning and offer drafting.
• Act as a liaison between engineers and business stakeholders.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators.
• Mentor newer team members and propose business improvements.
