Logic Managed Services is seeking a senior Technology Program Manager in Louisville, KY, offering hybrid work with ad-hoc travel to Nashville. You will lead a major US Client Delivery programme, coordinating with C-suite executives through to delivery teams to ensure measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong experience in technology program management, multi-team governance, and client-facing engagements with large enterprise clients in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Senior Technology Program Manager with proven ability to lead complex, high-profile programmes.
• Experience delivering client-facing B2B engagements and working with C-suite and delivery teams.
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience navigating regulated financial services environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex B2B programmes spanning multiple projects, teams and functions.
• Own end-to-end programme plan, governance and delivery framework.
• Work with major clients and stakeholders from C-level to SMEs and account teams.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk & Compliance, HR, Data, MI and Finance teams.
• Establish governance, reporting and SteerCo forums.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Drive change across complex environments to deliver business outcomes.
