Are you a senior Technology Program Manager who knows how to lead complex, high-profile programmes and influence stakeholders at the highest level?

My global financial services client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a major US Client Delivery programme, working B2B directly with large client organisations and internal Technology and business teams.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate confidently from C-suite through to delivery teams, build consensus, navigate complexity and drive programmes through to successful outcomes.

You will lead a significant programme of work focused on Client Delivery in the US market, developing and implementing capabilities internally and with clients to deliver agreed commercial models.

You will:

• Lead complex B2B programmes spanning multiple projects, teams and functions
• Own the end-to-end programme plan, governance and delivery framework
• Work directly with major clients and stakeholders from C-level executives through to SMEs and account teams
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk & Compliance, HR, Data, MI and Finance teams
• Align teams, manage dependencies and remove organisational roadblocks
• Establish strong governance, reporting and regular SteerCo forums
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Drive organisational and process change across complex environments
• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable delivery plans
• Ensure programmes deliver measurable business and customer outcomes
• Influence senior stakeholders and manage challenging conversations effectively
• Bring together cross-functional teams to create a shared sense of purpose and drive delivery

You’ll be a senior-level Program Manager with significant experience delivering complex technology and business programmes.

Essential experience includes:

• Strong Technology Program Management experience
• Proven experience delivering complex programmes across multiple teams and functions
• Client-facing B2B experience, ideally working with large enterprise clients
• Experience engaging with C-suite, senior leadership, Directors and Heads of
• Strong Technology and cross-functional delivery experience
• Experience within regulated financial services would be ideal
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills
• Experience across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Process and organisational change experience

This is not simply a programme management role.

You will be responsible for programmes that have significant commercial and strategic impact, working across organisational boundaries and helping shape how technology and business teams deliver value to major clients.

We're looking for someone with the gravitas, confidence and communication skills to challenge when required, influence senior stakeholders and bring people together when priorities compete.
