Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Sr. Principal Program Manager to lead enterprise IT programs in healthcare, with emphasis on infrastructure and cybersecurity. The role collaborates with Infrastructure, Security, IT and business leadership to drive strategy, scope, and value realization in a Nashville-based hybrid workplace.

You will manage cross-functional teams, track KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to executive steering committees while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in project/program management, with leadership experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.
• Certifications: PMP or PgMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT programs focusing on Infrastructure and Security/Cybersecurity initiatives.
• Establish program strategy, priorities, roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams: scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, issues.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Identify and proactively manage program-level risks, dependencies and escalations.
• Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and decision support to senior leadership.
• Ensure programs meet healthcare regulatory, security, compliance requirements.
• Track KPIs and benefits realization to align with business objectives.
• Build relationships across clinical, operational, technology and leadership stakeholders.
