Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead GPU data center deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of Technical Project Management experience, including 3 years in data center deployments. Responsibilities include planning project workstreams and coordinating with engineering teams for operational delivery. The role demands excellent project leadership and risk management skills, ensuring seamless alignment across various departments. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $140,000.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, preferably within a large-scale enterprise or infrastructure environment.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in Data Center deployments or physical infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
• Strong understanding of the data center lifecycle, including power, cooling, and rack-level integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of specific project workstreams within the broader GPU data center deployment program.
• Coordinate with engineering and facilities teams to facilitate the design and optimization of data center environments.
• Manage the deployment lifecycle of high-density GPU clusters, including specialized infrastructure oversight.
• Drive alignment between Networking, Facilities, Compute Engineering, and Supply Chain for seamless project handoffs.
• Develop detailed project schedules, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
