Job summary

Oracle in Nashville, TN is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate delivery of CI/CD workflow orchestration and deployment-system initiatives, turning evolving requirements into clear execution plans and tracking milestones with stakeholders across engineering teams.

You will partner with engineers, product managers, SREs, security, and compliance to define readiness criteria and manage risks, dependencies, and rollouts while maintaining governance and auditability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of program management or related experience in a technical environment.
• Experience coordinating software delivery, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, or release engineering programs.
• Ability to create clear plans, track milestones, communicate status, and align stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery plans for CI/CD workflow orchestration and deployment-system initiatives from planning to rollout and handoff.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, SREs, security and compliance stakeholders to define milestones and success measures.
• Track execution, identify delivery risks early, and drive follow-through on decisions and actions.
• Support programs that reduce manual work through reliable workflow automation and self-service capabilities.
• Help operationalize safeguards for AI- and agent-assisted engineering with approvals and auditability.
