Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support delivery of OCI engineering initiatives in Nashville. You will coordinate projects across engineering and operations, partnering with technical leads to clarify requirements, maintain plans, track milestones, and drive follow-up across teams.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating OCI engineering projects or similar environments.

Leads defining scope, roadmaps, planning, and scheduling for owned programs.
Aligns with stakeholders to ensure successful execution and sponsorship.
Provides transparency of progress and regular status reporting to leadership.
Establishes scalable program frameworks and enforces PM standards.
Identifies process improvements and promotes cross-functional collaboration.
Builds trusted partner relationships and supports organizational change.
