Job summary
Humana seeks a Senior Technology Leadership Professional to own software delivery for a new clinical program platform. You will work with the Patient Services team to migrate complex clinical campaigns, guiding design to volume production release and performing hands-on development to validate products.
You will collaborate with enterprise teams, drive decisions on technical approaches, and operate with significant autonomy, reporting directly to a director in a remote-capable role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience in software delivery
- Experience with clinical programs within the pharmacy domain
- Experience with large-scale migrations to new technology
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and product-oriented teams
Responsibilities
- Lead software delivery and performance for the clinical program platform
- Collaborate with development and testing teams from design to production release
- Contribute hands-on development to verify and validate product designs
- Ensure production schedules are followed and products meet specs
- Interact with enterprise engineering teams to provide technical support
- Make decisions on complex technical approaches and take ownership
- Report to a director and operate with considerable latitude
