Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Lead for CX Insights & Analytics Platforms to be on-site in Jacksonville, FL. You will own Qualtrics XM Discover, oversee data integrations and analytics workflows, and drive platform governance across the analytics stack.

You will collaborate with IT, security, data engineering, and business partners to translate requirements into scalable solutions, mentor analysts, and contribute to executive-level platform health and value storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; 7+ years in analytics platforms, data engineering, or solution architecture.
• Proven track record leading complex platform implementations and modernization initiatives.
• Deep hands-on experience with Qualtrics XM Discover or similar enterprise VOC/text analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical owner for Qualtrics XM Discover and associated data ecosystem.
• Define target architecture, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy for CX analytics platforms.
• Design secure, scalable data integrations across customer interaction, survey, CRM, and operational data.
• Ensure data integrity, observability, and incident resolution across platforms.
• Govern data access, privacy, retention, taxonomy, lineage, and production promotions.
• Lead development of dashboards, data products, and analytics workflows in Qualtrics XM Discover and Databricks.
