Job summary

Bigge Crane and Rigging in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to guide enterprise software for crane dispatch, asset management, field service, and pricing. This is a hands-on technical leadership role (~60% coding, 40% leadership).

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software development, 2+ years leading a team, 7+ years with C#/.NET, strong Angular, and experience hosting on Azure with CI/CD. Hybrid work with two onsite days per week.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years leading a development team as a technical lead, team lead, or equivalent.
7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
Strong experience with Angular.
Production experience building and hosting applications on Azure.
Proven experience building and running CI/CD and release pipelines.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and able to set team standards for review and testing of AI-generated code.
Experience running Agile sprints, with a working command of Scrum or a similar methodology.

Responsibilities

Lead a software development team and enforce code quality, testing, and documentation standards.
Manage Agile sprints end-to-end, maintain a groomed backlog, and ensure realistic sprint commitments.
Write user stories and tasks in Azure DevOps from stakeholder discussions.
Collaborate with the Principal Architect on architecture decisions and standards.
Remain hands-on in feature development, code reviews, and critical fixes.
Ensure release discipline with CI/CD, testing, and release management.
Develop and maintain integrations using Azure Logic Apps and REST APIs across Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
Monitor production health post-release and drive root-cause fixes.
