TechDigital Group is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to guide our development team in .NET, C#, and SQL Server. You will set technical standards, mentor engineers, and drive delivery of robust solutions aligned with business goals. Experience with cloud architectures and Azure is a plus.

You will lead code reviews, enforce quality assurance, and collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and milestones, reporting progress and risks to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in .NET Framework with extensive C# and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership guiding the development team in .NET technologies, enhancing their skills in C# and SQL Server to improve overall productivity and output quality.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and establish QA processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards while optimizing application performance.
• Ensure process compliance within assigned modules by participating in technical discussions and reviews, providing insights on feasibility studies, technical alternatives, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, preparing and submitting detailed status reports to minimize exposure to risks and facilitate timely resolution of escalations.
