Job summary

Blackstone Talent Group seeks a Sr. Technical Lead to join our Client's team. This hands-on technical management role balances coding (60%) with team leadership (40%). You will own delivery, create robust CI/CD pipelines, and lead cross-functional work across Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and ERP integrations.

You will report to the Director of Engineering and collaborate with the Principal Engineer on architecture. Houston, TX preferred with remote option for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years leading a development team as a technical lead or similar.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with Angular.
• Production experience building and hosting applications on Azure.
• Proven experience building and running CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools and setting team standards for review and testing of AI-generated code.
• Experience running Agile sprints with Scrum or similar.
• Experience writing release communications for business audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with React and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers and set priorities.
• Own end-to-end Agile sprint delivery including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Write user stories and tasks in Azure DevOps from discovery sessions.
• Collaborate with Principal Architect on architecture and standards.
• Remain hands-on with feature development, code review, and critical fixes.
• Improve reliability and release discipline for internal platforms.
• Set standards for using AI-assisted tools in development and testing.
• Ensure test coverage and quality gates for every deploy.
• Communicate release details and timelines to stakeholders.
• Coordinate integration across systems including Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ERP, and more.
