Attis Global Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead for Full Stack/AI with SC clearance, offering a base salary between $230k and $300k, plus equity. This remote role involves occasional travel to hubs and requires strong engineering expertise coupled with effective communication with defense and federal customers.

You will guide technical delivery, translate mission requirements into solutions, and lead cross-functional teams in a security-conscious setting.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering foundation with leadership experience.
• Experience presenting to senior defense stakeholders.
• Ability to translate mission requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead across multiple defense and federal customer engagements.
• Drive architectural decisions across the core platform, balancing performance, scalability, security and maintainability.
• Lead major technical epics from conception through delivery with clear execution plans.
• Translate complex mission requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Work across software engineering, infrastructure, data and AI/ML systems.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and R&D teams to drive customer requirements to execution.
• Provide hands-on technical direction across deployments.
• Move between customer environments and projects, maintaining ownership and minimizing escalations.
• Support deployments within secure and classified environments.
