Job summary

LMI is seeking a Technical Integrator to serve as a Liaison Officer in the National Capital Region, representing a Department of War mission partner across DoW organizations and task forces. The role demands coordination of requirements, priorities, and actions among senior leaders, technical teams, program offices, and industry partners.

Based in Washington, DC, you will travel up to 40 percent, develop executive briefings and staff products, and ensure timely communication and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 15 years supporting military operations, special operations, or national security programs.
• Prior U.S. Special Operations Forces experience.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders, government civilians, technical personnel, and industry partners.
• Ability to translate operational needs into actionable tasks for teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% in the National Capital Region.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Department of War mission partner's primary day-to-day liaison to DoW organizations, task forces, and partners.
• Maintain current awareness of command priorities, requirements, schedules, and decisions.
• Represent organizational equities during meetings and reviews.
• Facilitate timely communication across stakeholders and teams.
• Translate operational needs into clear actions and coordination tasks.
• Capture decisions, action items, and track progress to completion.
• Prepare briefings, read-aheads, executive summaries, and staff reports.
• Coordinate site visits, engagements, demos, and exercises.
• Identify coordination gaps, risks, and resolve issues.
• Support validation, capability integration, and transition planning for solutions.
• Develop and sustain professional relationships across DoW HQ, task forces, and industry.
• Provide recurring status updates to leadership.
• Perform duties on-site in NCR and travel up to 40%.
