Job summary

BOAB Ventures seeks a Technical Integrator to bridge engineering and customer program environments. This role demands high initiative to navigate bureaucracy, manage requirements, and clear blockers to keep development on track in mission-critical domains.

You will own forms, approvals, and POC tracking, schedule labs, validate software, and document performance thresholds, interfaces, and constraints for actionable tasks.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required with TS/SCI strongly preferred.
• Experience operating within or alongside DoD environments.
• Ability to hold informed, deep-dive conversations with engineers about architecture and mission impact.
• Strong written and verbal skills with proven ability to brief diverse audiences.
• Track record of owning and closing complex open items in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Own tracking of forms, approval chains, and POCs to shield engineers from friction.
• Schedule labs, set up testing environments, and validate software against acceptance criteria.
• Clarify and document performance thresholds, interfaces, and constraints into tasks.
• Maintain a living map of stakeholder contacts and escalation paths for seamless communication.
• Represent the organization at integration events, demos, and working groups with credibility.
• Identify blockers and risks early, proposing solutions before they escalate.
• Record outcomes and decisions in real-time to preserve project information.
