Job summary

RG&T Solutions in Hawaii seeks a senior-level Liaison Officer to build and maintain relationships between command divisions and technology development teams at a strategic level. You will coordinate with commands to guide experiments, wargaming, and tech projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of Marine Corps operations and INDOPACOM, exceptional communication, and the ability to navigate complex hierarchies to secure senior-level collaboration and successful prototype fielding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in a joint/multiservice environment or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of Marine Corps operations and the INDOPACOM area.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with senior leaders and technical experts.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary conduit between the command, military regional commands, and experimentation initiatives such as wargaming and science & technology projects.
• Coordinate with internal divisions to facilitate prototype fielding and ensure efficient implementation plans.
• Deconflict and prioritize technology requests from multiple military commands.
• Support spectrum management and align efforts across different command levels for cohesive technology development.
• Assist in initial coordination for modeling, simulations, demonstrations, and user evaluations.
