Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead complex technology infrastructure initiatives from planning through delivery in Coppell, Texas. You will coordinate across Business, Product, Infrastructure, Engineering, and QA to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and scope.

You will partner with senior leaders, review project status with standardized dashboards, and drive progress across multiple concurrent projects to achieve business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, leading complex infrastructure programs.
• PM or equivalent certification (PMP preferred).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project plans and resolve resource issues.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Infrastructure, Engineering and QA teams.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects and report progress with dashboards.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and change impacts for senior management.
• Track timelines, budgets, and scope to deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure customer happiness.
