Job summary
Encore Capital Group is seeking a Senior GRC Analyst to support IT risk, data governance, and policy management in a full-time role based in the United States. Reporting to the Manager, IT Risk and Compliance, you will define and manage IT policies and standards, and enable secure IT operations across the organization.
The role requires 5+ years of experience, IT governance expertise, and strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (SOX/PCI/ISO/NIST).
Qualifications
- US work authorization required for full-time employment.
- Minimum 5 years in IT risk, compliance, or IT governance.
- Strong ability to implement controls and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with SOX, PCI, ISO, GLBA, NIST requirements.
Responsibilities
- Audit and assess IT risk and compliance policies and rules.
- Document controls and support governance frameworks.
- Develop and manage IT risk metrics and KPIs/KRIs.
- Assist with IT/InfoSec risk register and remediation efforts.
- Support internal and external audits (PCI, SOX, ISO, NIST).
- Lead third‑party risk management and vendor due diligence.
