Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking an Executive Search and Talent Advisory leader to drive executive hiring across Technology & Engineering. You will own end-to-end searches, assess leaders, and build external leadership pipelines with strong stakeholder partnerships.

You will partner with business and HR to define requirements, translate priorities into recruiting strategies, and deliver high-caliber leadership hires while ensuring governance and milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years' work experience.
• Experience managing an executive search process and adhering to best operational metrics.
• Track record of developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies that result in identification and delivery of high caliber executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches for Technology & Engineering leadership roles, owning search strategy and outcomes.
• Translate business and technology priorities into effective executive talent and recruiting strategies.
• Define leadership requirements, selection criteria, and executive assessment approaches with HR leaders.
• Build and maintain executive talent pipelines through proactive mapping and relationships.
