Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an Executive Search and Talent Advisory leader to deliver executive hiring outcomes across Technology & Engineering. You will guide end-to-end searches, align with business goals, and build strong external leadership pipelines in digital, software, data, AI, and cybersecurity domains.

You will partner with executives and HR to translate priorities into actionable talent strategies, conduct assessments, and provide market insights to improve leadership bench strength.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years' work experience.
• Experience leading executive search engagements across technology domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive searches for Technology & Engineering leadership roles, owning search strategy, stakeholder alignment, candidate calibration, execution, and hiring outcomes.
• Translate business and technology priorities into effective executive talent strategies and recruiting plans.
• Build and maintain executive talent pipelines through proactive mapping and relationship development.
• Provide market insights to inform hiring decisions and strengthen leadership bench strength.
• Partner with senior leaders to align talent priorities with business strategy and HR partners.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and compliance throughout the search process.
