Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• This national security position requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance.
• Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement (OGE-450).
• This is a drug testing designated position.
• Incumbent is required to travel away from their normal duty station up to 30 percent of the time (CONUS and/or OCONUS).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret-SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as PITC engineering authority over systems-of-systems, cloud, networks, and secure devices.
• Lead adoption of AI/ML, automation, quantum, and edge computing in WHMO.
• Provide executive briefings on technology posture and future investment priorities to WHMO Director and senior DoD leaders.
