Job summary

Magnify is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technology Delivery & Partner Management (Actimize) to lead complex technology initiatives across business, technology, and external partner relationships. Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology, financial services, or banking experience.
• Experience managing technology teams, programs, projects, and external partners.
• Experience implementing Currency Transaction Reporting modules using NICE Actimize ECM or ActOne RCM.
• Experience with AML transaction monitoring, regulatory reporting, or case management platforms.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, information security, and technology governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and delivery of complex technology programs and initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams, technology partners, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, bank standards, and enterprise architecture.
• Partner with business leaders, risk management, and external service providers.
• Oversee implementation, enhancement, and support of financial crime technology platforms.
• Provide leadership for Currency Transaction Reporting systems and related regulatory initiatives.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Evaluate solutions for scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Monitor external trends and technologies affecting the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery, performance, and value.
• Develop partnerships supporting the Bank's technology organization.
• Communicate performance, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Advocate for operational improvements in the division.
