Magnify is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Technology Delivery & Partner Management (Actimize) to lead complex technology initiatives and provide strategic oversight across business, technology, and external partner relationships.
This individual will be responsible for directing technology delivery, managing cross-functional teams and projects, and ensuring that technology solutions align with the organization’s strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory objectives. The ideal candidate brings extensive banking technology experience, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in financial crime technology platforms, including AML transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and initiatives.
- Manage and direct cross-functional teams, technology partners, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, bank technology standards, enterprise architecture, infrastructure requirements, and established processes.
- Serve as a strategic partner between business leaders, technology teams, risk management, compliance, and external service providers.
- Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and support of financial crime technology platforms.
- Provide leadership and subject-matter expertise for Currency Transaction Reporting systems and related regulatory technology initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
- Evaluate technology solutions and vendor capabilities to ensure scalability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor external competition, emerging technologies, industry developments, and market trends that may affect the organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve technology delivery, operational performance, system reliability, and business value.
- Develop and champion strategic partnerships and alliances that support the Bank and its technology organization.
- Communicate program performance, risks, financial impacts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Advocate for operational improvements that enhance the value, effectiveness, and efficiency of the division.
Education & Experience
- Degree or technical certificate required.
- 10+ years of related technology, financial services, or banking experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing or directing technology teams, programs, projects, and external partners.
- Experience implementing Currency Transaction Reporting modules using NICE Actimize ECM or ActOne RCM.
- Experience with AML transaction monitoring, financial crime compliance, regulatory reporting, or case management platforms.
- Expert knowledge of banking technology standards, including infrastructure, architecture, applications, processes, and enterprise technology delivery.
- Familiarity with containerized applications and deployment environments.
- Experience managing technology vendors, implementation partners, and third-party service providers.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, information security, and technology governance practices.
- Strong understanding of technology strategy, financial planning, operational performance, and organizational priorities.
- Experience leading complex, enterprise-level technology implementations within a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align business and technology teams around shared objectives.
