Job summary

Walgreens seeks a Sr. Analyst, Technology Compliance to support governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the organization, including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and HITRUST frameworks.

You will help identify and address risks, track remediation efforts, and assist with audits and assessments. The role partners with cross-functional teams to maintain ongoing compliance, reporting to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with internal policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years in Technology Compliance, IT Audit or IT Security.
• Experience assessing PCI, HITRUST and/or HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Help create and manage a technology compliance program.
• Assess controls and recommend remediation to management.
• Develop and execute detailed technology control testing procedures.
• Analyze processes to identify control strengths and weaknesses.
• Interpret regulations and standards to the team and stakeholders.
• Lead project elements of Walgreens technology compliance program and track tasks.
• Maintain an issue log compiled from multiple sources.
