This role partners with business management to strengthen governance and controls, oversees remediation validation, and mentors auditors while handling complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 2+ years in auditing or risk management
• Experience analyzing risk in business or system processes and evaluating internal controls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for management
• Proficient Excel, PowerPoint, and Word capabilities
• At least 1 year of cross-functional team leadership experience
• Willing to travel up to 30% (domestic and international)

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement audit programs and annual audit plan.
• Ensure quality of audit reports, planning documents, and field work.
• Document and assess internal controls using interviews, flow charts, testing, and data analytics.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork and provide audit management support.
• Present findings to management and mentor audit teams.
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations within the department.
• Lead audits and manage multiple projects, coaching team members.
