Job Description Summary Note: This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 3 days per week at one of the following office locations St. Petersburg, FL (preference), or Denver, CO. We are seeking a Senior Technology Business Analyst to play a crucial role in the collaboration between our Trading Desks (Equity, Option, Fixed Income, and Structured Products) and Technology Teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental from solution inception through to ongoing maintenance, covering a wide array of trading aspects and system integrations. Solutions range from but are not limited to topics such as retail, institutional, principal, agency, and syndicate trading as well as integration with various other systems.
This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting the implementation of new technology solutions and process improvements, as well as enhancing existing systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Prior Experience: Ideally three (3) to five (5) years of relevant technical business analysis or technical analysis experience is highly preferred. Must have knowledge of the Financial Services industry and a preference for front, middle, or back office experience. Experience with AI tools but doesn't need an expert.
