Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced senior business/technology analyst to support federal CIO initiatives and drive strategic project planning across diverse systems. You will lead roadmaps, define priorities, and coordinate across agencies, vendors, and contracting teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in technology projects, the ability to secure a Public Trust, and strong stakeholder engagement. A Top Secret/SSBI path is preferred, with PMP being highly valued.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust prior to onboarding.
• Minimum of eight or more years of experience supporting technology projects.
• PMP certification is highly preferred, but the ability to obtain is required.
• Experience delivering multiple technology initiatives and building trust with customers.
• Experience with enterprise systems and deployments and translating complex needs into actionable business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support a federal CIO in enhancing office operations and project delivery across initiatives and systems.
• Lead strategic plans, roadmaps, and project plans for complex technology integration.
• Provide insights to clients to prioritize projects, resources, and timelines.
• Initiate, execute, and close out projects as a senior business analyst.
• Sourcing and evaluating customer requirements across multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Track delivery of key initiatives and enable success through analysis and coordination.
• Identify and escalate project risks and dependencies using technical expertise.
• Collaborate with agency leaders, vendors, and contracting teams to support delivery.
• Manage and monitor data calls from internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and report briefings to client leadership.
• Own and execute additional Department initiatives as required by the CIO.
