Wedgewood Pharmacy seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, translating complex objectives into actionable requirements. You will lead discovery, capture needs, and align stakeholders to deliver patient-focused initiatives with measurable value.

Collaboration with the Director of Product Management will drive scope, schedule, and delivery across discovery to post-launch support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, operations, technology delivery, or related disciplines.
• Experience in animal health, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and analysis for complex initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, and data flows.
• Translate objectives into epics, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Maintain traceability of requirements through the initiative lifecycle.
• Act as a liaison between business, product management, and technology teams.
