Job summary

Wedgewood Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business objectives with technology delivery. You will lead discovery, capture requirements, interview stakeholders, and document current and future state processes to guide development.

Working with the Director of Product Management, you will align scope, manage dependencies, maintain traceability, support agile ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that deliver measurable value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of business analysis or related delivery experience.
• Experience in animal health, healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience documenting processes, system interactions, and workflows.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, or external partner platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in agile delivery environments and software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and analysis for complex initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, system interactions, and data flows.
• Translate objectives into epics, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Communicate effectively across synchronous and asynchronous channels.
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the initiative lifecycle.
• Act as liaison between business, product, and technology teams.
• Align on scope, schedule, and approach with leadership.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through implementation, launch, and post-launch support.
