Job summary

Accellor is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge business strategy, UX, and technical execution for a next-generation web platform. You will translate ambiguous concepts into tangible visuals, detailed user stories, and actionable specifications in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead requirements workshops, perform independent research, and collaborate with solution architects, UI/UX designers, PMs, and third-party vendors to drive complex feature delivery and governance

Qualifications

6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst preferably on web platforms or CMS
Ability to translate high-level concepts into tangible mockups, user stories, and technical specs
Strong communication skills to bridge business, UX, and engineering teams
Experience with access control models and governance workflows
Proven track record of autonomous execution in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

Create wireframes, UI mockups, and process flows to guide discussions with leadership and stakeholders
Lead requirements workshops and translate concepts for non-technical partners
Conduct market research, system analysis, and benchmarking for feature decisions
Translate goals into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira/Azure DevOps
Design RBAC and content governance models for complex orgs
Collaborate with architects, designers, PMs, and vendor teams to align on dependencies
Prototyping and visualization using tools like Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, or Visio
Communicate technical concepts clearly to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders
Support web platforms, CMS, API integrations, or enterprise software implementations
